Our practice is guided by a collaborative leadership team focused on whole-person care that supports both mental and physical well-being. We have two locations - Sandy (by appointment only) and Holladay (2040 E Murray Holladay Rd., Suite 102A, Holladay, UT 84117) - where we offer integrative psychiatry, therapy, equine-assisted psychotherapy, and functional primary care medicine. Sara Jones, PMHNP, is a psychiatric nurse practitioner, lifelong equestrian, and Level 1 Natural Lifemanship® practitioner. She provides integrative psychiatry, therapy, and medication management, incorporating approaches like EMDR, CBT, nervous system regulation, and mindfulness, with the option of equine-assisted psychotherapy for those navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational challenges. Abbey Lind, FNP-C, is a co-owner and primary care nurse practitioner who provides functional, patient-centered medical care. She focuses on root-cause medicine, hormone health, and whole-body optimization, working collaboratively to support long-term wellness. Together, Sara and Abbey provide coordinated, holistic care that honors the connection between mind, body, and emotional well-being. Co-founder Elena Bradway, a lifelong horse enthusiast and business owner, brings a deep passion for horses and community wellness, helping shape the vision and experience of the practice.
