Our practice is guided by a collaborative leadership team focused on whole-person care that supports both mental and physical well-being. Sara Jones, PMHNP, is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, lifelong equestrian, and Level 1 Natural Lifemanship® practitioner. She integrates evidence-based therapies such as EMDR, CBT, nervous system regulation, and mindfulness with equine-assisted work to support clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational challenges. Abbey Lind, FNP-C, is a co-owner and comprehensive primary care nurse practitioner who brings a medical, whole-body perspective to care. Abbey focuses on integrative, patient-centered primary care and works collaboratively to support clients’ overall health, wellness, and long-term vitality. Together, Sara and Abbey provide coordinated, holistic care that honors the connection between mind, body, and emotional well-being. Co-founder Elena Bradway, a lifelong horse enthusiast and local business owner, brings a deep passion for horses and community wellness, helping shape the heart and vision of the practice.
