I help young adults and women experiencing stress and anxiety from challenges with family discord, career, or life transitions create healthy boundaries and find comfort and confidence. I draw on mindful awareness, anxiety techniques, and executive functioning tools to help clients increase self-compassion and develop emotional regulation. My work with clients is individualized and collaborative to help you find healing in body, mind, and heart.
