Introduction

Sara is a bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed clinical social worker with a deep commitment to helping adults navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, strength, and self-compassion. She earned her BS in Human Services Counseling from UNLV and her Master’s in Social Work from UNR. She was called to this work after witnessing the mental health needs in the Latino community and the barriers many face in accessing culturally responsive care. She’s passionate about creating a safe space where all clients feel seen, heard and empowered. With experience treating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and trauma, substance use disorders, she creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences and build practical tools for emotional well-being. Whether you’re struggling with overwhelming emotions, navigating a life transition, or simply feeling stuck, she works to ensure you feel heard, respected, and empowered.
