Introduction

I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling genuinely heard and understood. I am fully licensed and I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe exploring life's challenges while building the skills and confidence to move forward. Throughout my career, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, ADHD, parenting challenges, and substance use. In addition to providing therapy, I specialize in comprehensive substance use evaluations and enjoy mentoring and supervising the next generation of behavioral health professionals. My approach is collaborative, individualized, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I recognize that every person has a unique story, and I tailor treatment to meet each client's specific needs, strengths, and goals. Whether you are working through a difficult season, seeking healthier relationships, processing past experiences, or striving for personal growth, I am committed to helping you develop practical tools and lasting resilience. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to do it alone. My goal is to provide compassionate guidance, empower you to make meaningful changes, and help you build a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and authentic.
