For more than 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals, couples, and families during some of the most vulnerable and challenging seasons of their lives. I truly believe that every person has inherent worth and that healing often begins when we feel safe enough to be fully known. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship struggles, and life transitions. Whether it’s a child overwhelmed by big feelings, a teen wrestling with intrusive thoughts, a couple feeling disconnected, or a parent carrying quiet heartbreak — I understand how heavy those seasons can feel. My approach is warm, practical, and grounded in compassion. I see therapy as a space where grace and growth can coexist. Together, we’ll gently untangle patterns that aren’t serving you, build practical tools to manage emotions more effectively, and strengthen the relationships that matter most. I believe we are created for connection — with others and with a deeper sense of purpose. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you understand yourself more clearly, developing resilience, and moving forward with hope.
