Hi, I’m Sara. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming. I offer person-centered sessions to create a non-judgmental and collaborative space where you can explore what’s on your mind without needing to be anything other than yourself. My specialty is assisting clients who have been emotionally invalidated or traumatized. I help clients as they navigate challenging relationships, narcissistic systems, family estrangement, and perpetual scapegoating. Supportive talk therapy can highlight your strengths, trace connections in your past, and suggest ways to reframe your experiences. I am also trained in group facilitation, which inspires me when I work with couples and families. My goal is for every person to feel heard, so that it becomes possible to address conflict and move toward the emotional connections you are seeking.
