Introduction

With my clients, I seek to co-create a space to explore their joys and struggles. I work from the perspective that clients are the experts in their own lives and our time together as an invitation to harness and learn from that expertise. Together we will work to develop a more integrated relationship with themselves, their past experiences and their future possibilities. Authenticity, humor, and creative experimentation are central to my approach. I come from a person-centered, strength-based and existential framework. I practice queer, kink, and poly affirming counseling with individuals, couples and families. Clients often seek out counseling after experiencing loss, big changes in their lives or when they feel they could use support. It can be really challenging to find a new therapist, even considering it is brave and a personal experience. Feel free to reach out to me to discuss any questions you might have about therapy in general or working with me specifically.
