Introduction

A Collaborative, Strengths-Based Approach I work with neurodivergent adults and children—including ADHD, autism, and learning disabilities—those living with chronic illness, educators, and parents of children navigating these challenges. Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or like they’re constantly falling short. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. I offer a collaborative, supportive space where you can feel understood and validated. Together, we’ll build practical tools that fit your real life. With 15+ years in counseling and special education, my approach is strength-based and centered on helping you trust yourself and move forward. Often, clients I support are navigating ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, anxiety, chronic illness, burnout, and family stress. Using a neuroaffirming approach, I help you understand yourself, reduce shame, and manage stigma. Together, we build practical, flexible tools for executive functioning and daily life so you can feel more confident and supported. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to start, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I’m here to support you in making sense of your experiences and finding what truly works for you. When you’re ready, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation.
