Sometimes the hardest part isn’t knowing what you should do—it’s figuring out how to actually do it when you’re overwhelmed, stuck, distracted, anxious, or exhausted. I help adults build the skills and self-understanding they need to move forward with greater confidence and intention. As a first-generation college graduate myself, I understand how difficult it can be to navigate systems, expectations, and environments that don’t always feel designed with you in mind. Therapy can be a space to make sense of those experiences while building practical tools to navigate them. My work is especially focused on ADHD and executive functioning, including organization, planning, time management, follow-through, emotional regulation, and building sustainable skills that work for your brain and your life. I also work with anxiety and depression using a compassionate, skills-based approach informed by Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Together, we’ll work toward understanding what’s getting in your way while building concrete skills to help you respond differently. You don’t have to figure it all out at once. Therapy can help you: ⭐ Better understand your ADHD and how it affects daily life ⭐ Build executive functioning skills that are practical and sustainable ⭐ Navigate anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm ⭐ Develop tools for managing difficult thoughts and emotions ⭐ Build confidence in your ability to handle challenges ⭐ Navigate school, work, relationships, and other systems with greater clarity ⭐ Understand patterns that may have developed as ways of coping ⭐ Create meaningful change without expecting yourself to be perfect My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I want therapy to be a place where you feel understood—not judged—and where you leave with both greater insight and skills you can actually use. Ready to take the next step?
