Introduction

I believe that feeling truly seen and understood is where real healing starts. My focus is on building a comfortable, trusting relationship where you can show up exactly as you are. I use a person‑centered approach at the core—meaning I’m here to listen, support, and walk alongside you—not judge or push you. I also pull in other tools and perspectives when they can help you move forward. A big part of my work includes supporting people who are carrying the weight of past experiences or trauma. You never have to share anything before you’re ready. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, and we’ll explore things gently, with care and grounding, so you always feel safe and supported. My hope is that our time together feels like a space where you can breathe, talk openly, and sort through whatever’s been holding you back. Reaching out for help takes courage, and I really respect that. When we let ourselves be supported, things can start to shift in powerful ways. We’re not meant to figure everything out alone. Together, we can look at where you’ve been, what’s going on now, and what you want your future to look like. I’m here to support you as you heal, grow, and get to know yourself in new and meaningful ways.
