Introduction

Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you’ve been carrying the same worries, patterns, or emotions for a long time. Therapy can be a place to slow down, feel understood, and begin creating meaningful change. I’m Dr. Sarah Aldridge, a licensed psychologist practicing in Indiana and Arizona, with a PSYPACT license that allows me to provide telepsychology services across participating states. My approach to therapy is calming, compassionate, supportive, and collaborative. Clients often describe me as understanding and empathetic, and I strive to create a space where you can feel comfortable being honest and fully yourself—without judgment. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful therapy. Rather than simply telling you what to do, I work alongside you to better understand your experiences, identify patterns that may be holding you back, develop practical tools and new skills, and work toward the changes that matter most to you. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready for something to change, therapy can provide a space to pause, gain perspective, and move forward. You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. I’d be honored to help you take the next step.
