Introduction

It can be daunting to open up about ourselves to new people or telling our loved ones what's really going on. My job is to assist you in finding ways to live a healthier life, whether that is through establishing new coping skills or hobbies, processing your childhood trauma, or adjusting your communication style. We will work together to discuss your concerns and establish the goals you want to achieve throughout our time together. You will get out of therapy what you put into it. As long as you give yourself some time, patience, and grace, you will start to see a change. However small the step you take, it is still a step in the right direction towards becoming a healthier you. Let counseling be the first step in reaching your goals.
