Hello, I’m Sarah Baker, and I have been working in the mental health and human services field for over 18 years. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with people in many different stages and circumstances of life. My experience includes early childhood development and preschool education, working in a nursing home, mental health care coordination, and several years as a case manager while earning my Master’s Degree in Social Work. These experiences have taught me that every person has a unique story, and that there is no “one size fits all” approach to mental health and well-being. I bring not only professional experience and education to my work, but also personal lived experience that has helped me develop a deeper understanding of the challenges life can bring. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space where you can feel heard, understood, and respected. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you, help you recognize your strengths, work through challenges, and find practical tools to help you move forward. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, navigating a difficult transition, struggling with relationships or life circumstances, or simply looking for someone who will truly listen, I would be honored to support you. My hope is that through our work together, you will feel empowered, understood, and more confident in your ability to create meaningful change in your life.
