I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where we can navigate challenges, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, relationship difficulties, family conflict, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, incorporating CBT, Narrative Therapy, family systems, and person-centered techniques. I also have specialized training in trauma-focused parts work and personality disorder treatment. With couples and families, I focus on improving communication, resolving conflict, and strengthening connections. I earned my Master's in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. I value authenticity, empathy, and helping clients recognize their resilience and capacity for growth.
