Sarah is a graduate social work intern at Hope & Healing Counseling Services, currently completing her Master of Social Work field placement. She brings a warm, collaborative, and person-centered approach to therapy. Sarah works with adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, self-esteem, grief, and major life transitions. She also brings significant experience supporting professionals balancing demanding careers with the complexities of family, relationships, and personal identity. Sarah believes therapy should feel like a space where clients can be honest without judgment, develop a deeper understanding of themselves, and explore new ways of responding to life’s challenges. Her style is conversational and compassionate, combining reflection and self-exploration with a practical focus on identifying goals and taking meaningful steps toward change. Outside of clinical work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and enjoying a cup of coffee at her favorite neighborhood cafe. She is supervised by Melissa Claire Griffin, LCSW.
