Introduction

Hi, I’m Sarah Bognar, LMHC. I provide telehealth counseling for adolescent girls and adult women across Massachusetts. I believe therapy should feel human. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin, and you don’t need to know exactly what to say. My role is to help you make sense of what’s been weighing on you, understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and find practical ways forward that fit your life. I have more than 9 years of experience in behavioral health and work with concerns including anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, burnout, self-worth, stress, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I also have a particular interest in ADHD in women and girls and pregnancy and postpartum mental health. Therapy is collaborative and tailored to the person in front of me. The goal isn’t to change who you are, but to help you understand yourself more fully and feel more at home in your own skin. If you’re considering therapy, I offer a free consultation so we can talk about what you’re looking for and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
