Sarah is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts and Florida, and a Registered Art Therapist. Sarah is passionate about utilizing her experience in the arts to promote mental health and substance use recovery. She is interested in sex-positive and inclusive sex-education and therapy, overdose awareness and prevention, supporting survivors of IPV/trafficking, immigration rights, and the advocacy for person-centered terminology and equal treatment access for substance use and mental health. Sarah has experience working with adults with co-occurring substance use diagnoses and utilizes a relational, trauma-informed, mind-body approach with an emphasis on increasing self-motivation and self-esteem collaboratively with clients. Sarah provides individual and couples therapy for a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, substance use, sex, and trauma. Sarah is an LGBTQIA+ identified clinician.
