Practicing since 1998, Sarah specializes in treating Professionals, men, women, couples and Retirees with anxiety, depression, stress management, Church hurt, grief and loss, elderly Caregiving challenges, toxic relationships and Marriage Therapy from a Biblical World View. Sarah has worked in a variety of settings - private practice, out-patient alcohol rehabilitation, domestic violence shelters, and Church settings. Sarah uses CBT therapy, is Gottman marriage therapy trained, and IFS trained. Sarah is currently receiving training to be EMDR certified. Sarah has been married for 24 years and has 2 adult children.
