Introduction

I'm passionate about supporting children, teenagers, and young adults through play, creative expression, and experiential activities. As a parent myself, I understand how much children's emotional wellbeing impacts the whole family. I specialize in play therapy with children ages four and up, helping them process anxiety and life transitions in ways that feel natural and safe. With teenagers and young adults, I use expressive arts and experiential approaches to build self-esteem and navigate challenges adjustment difficulties. I also work with adults managing addiction and substance use concerns. My speciality is working with children (or even adults!) whose high achieving, perfectionist personalities are masking symptoms of anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and/or autism. I also am able to provide Christian-based counseling for client's who are interested. I'm currently accepting new clients and offer both telehealth and in-person sessions, with evening availability. I accept Aetna, Cigna Healthcare, Carelon Behavioral Health, Curative, and Kaiser Permanente Mid-Atlantic States, and am awaiting approval to accept Medicaid and CareFirst. I would honored to help you or your child achieve your goals.
