Introduction

We tend to minimize our internal voice that says, "This isn't OK." With compassion and a lack of judgement I'll work with you to build trust so you can say the things you've been withholding and are perhaps frightened of exploring. We can't always identify or explain our feelings and we may unknowingly rely on behaviors that help us avoid distress in the moment but create challenges in other areas of our lives. If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, a sense that something is sitting uneasily with you, struggling with trauma, a relationship or a life transition, working with a therapist can help you get to the other side. Often I ask people if they would like to bring the topic of sex or intimacy into therapy and they sigh with relief, others are hesitant. If it matters to you, it matters to our work. If you are looking for a therapist, or thinking about it, please reach out.
