Sarah is committed to supporting individuals and couples as they navigate the unexpected, seek support, process their grief, create meaningful change, and find lasting joy. Navigating life in all its changes, expected and unexpected, often requires emotional generosity and resilience that does not come naturally. Sustaining love and support as a parent, as a couple and as a family can sometimes feel overwhelming and even impossible. Sarah provides the space and support for all kinds of challenges: adulthood, marital communication, raising special needs children, caregiving, and evolving sexual interests and preferences. Every person brings unique challenges and is worthy of support. Sarah utilizes combinations of: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems, and contemporary theories of sex therapy, all through a trauma informed lens. She is committed to celebrating an individual's strengths and interests, to build resilience. She is comfortable working with people of diverse races, genders, sexualities, and interests.
