Introduction

Maybe you've been hearing a lot about nervous systems and trauma responses and cortisol spikes, and you're wondering if that's what's happening to you. Or maybe you just know you're exhausted, anxious, and tired of feeling like this, and you don't really care what it's called, you just want it to stop. I work with women who are burnt out from holding everything together and adults who've tried to talk their way through trauma but it's still sitting there, unresolved. Here's what I don't do: I don't just reflect buzzwords back at you and call it therapy. I don't tell you your nervous system needs regulating without showing you how. I don't make you perform wellness for me or pretend you're healing when you're not. Here's what I do: I use EMDR because it actually moves trauma through your system instead of just talking about it endlessly. I teach you breathwork and mindfulness that work in real time when you're overwhelmed, not as a concept but as a tool you can actually use. And I'm direct about what I think will help, even when that's uncomfortable. You don't need another person telling you what's wrong. You need someone who knows how to help you fix it.
