Introduction

I work with individuals (12+) and couples who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that aren’t changing. You may be dealing with anxiety, burnout, relationship struggles, or the impact of past or ongoing trauma. Many clients are high-functioning and self-aware, yet still feel something isn’t clicking. Whether you’re navigating personal challenges or relationship conflict, you’re looking for more than quick fixes—you want real, lasting change and a deeper sense of stability, connection, and clarity. I offer trauma-informed therapy for individuals and couples using EMDR, DBT, CBT, EFT and a range of other evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs. We explore how experiences shape patterns, emotions, and relationships, and work to shift them in a way that feels safe, practical, and lasting. Reaching out can feel hard, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. Whether you’re coming in as an individual or a couple, you don’t have to have it all figured out to start. If this resonates, I’d be glad to connect and see if we’re a good fit.
