Sarah (she/her) became a counselor to serve her community and to normalize therapy as beneficial for anyone during any season of life. She believes that meaningful change begins with self-acceptance and a willingness to work towards aligning values with action. Her goal is to dispel feelings of isolation and remind clients that therapy is a collaborative journey. Sarah is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, couples, and adults as they navigate life transitions, anxiety, and self-esteem challenges. Her counseling style is person-centered, integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques to help clients build self-awareness, resilience, and confidence. She strives to create a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to make lasting insights at their own pace. Sarah earned both her Master of Science in Addiction and Professional Counseling and Master of Science in Psychology from Grand Canyon University.
