Have you spent a long time feeling unseen, misunderstood, or like you have to work twice as hard to explain yourself? Maybe you’re carrying the weight of trauma, rejection, stigma, or mistreatment due to disability, neurodivergence, or your LGBTQ+ identity. Or maybe you just know you want something in your life to feel different, even though you’re not sure where to start. I work with people who have felt different, marginalized, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. In therapy with me, I strive to create a space where you don’t have to mask, perform, or have everything figured out. We can begin right where you are to understand your experiences and recognize the patterns that may be keeping you stuck in your life. Together we can rebuild trust in yourself and create a life that feels authentic to you. With several years of experience in behavioral health, I provide trauma-informed, person-centered, and affirming care. I want to meet you as a person with a no-frills, straightforward approach. Just two humans working together. My approach draws from Person-Centered therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing and your experience will be tailored to fit YOU. I believe you are an expert on your own life, and my role is to guide you in exploring those experiences, getting to know yourself, and moving forward towards the change you’re seeking. Taking the first step towards counseling can feel intimidating, especially if you have been dismissed or misunderstood in the past. You deserve a space where your identity and unique experiences are respected. Whenever you’re ready, I’d be honored to meet you where you are and help you move forward towards greater confidence, connection, and a life that feels more like your own.
