Life transitions sound great on paper, but navigating them in real life can be incredibly bumpy, exhausting, and overwhelming. Whether you are facing schedule changes, a shift in your identity, or just trying to find your footing, it's easy to feel as though you're losing your grip on your overall well-being. We often struggle to realize how much the chronic stress of "holding it together" or "being the rock" for others is mentally and physically draining. You don't have to navigate these situations on your own! In my practice, you won't find a sterile, intimidating environment. I provide a person-centered space where you take the lead, and I act as your co-pilot. Together, we will look at how current stressors are impacting your whole self, and we will collaboratively design helpful day-to-day tools that actually work for you. I received my MSW in 2019 from the University of Kansas, and I have been practicing in the field ever since!
