Introduction

Hello! My name is Sarah and my approach to therapy centers on depth work — exploring the layers beneath symptoms to understand the full complexity of the human experience. While relief from distress is often part of the process, my focus is on genuine transformation rather than surface-level problem-solving. I offer Ketamine-Assisted Therapy as one potential tool within this deeper work, supporting clients in accessing expanded states of awareness and emotional insight. Whether or not this modality becomes part of our process, the foundation of our work will be curiosity, compassion, and a commitment to uncovering what lies beneath patterns of suffering. You may find this approach meaningful if you are seeking therapy to address trauma, identity exploration, or existential concerns — or if you feel called toward profound personal growth and transformation. With over twenty years of experience in the field — and through my own ongoing healing journey — I bring a depth of understanding and compassion to the therapeutic process. Our work together is a partnership: I’ll walk alongside you as we explore the unconscious patterns and underlying roots of your suffering and misalignment. If this sounds like a good fit for you, please reach out, and I look forward to speaking!
