Introduction

Counseling provides a supportive, confidential space to explore personal challenges, gain insight, and build practical tools for growth and healing. Each standard session lasts 50 minutes (60 minutes for Couples/Families) and is tailored to your unique needs, experiences, and goals. We begin with a free 15-minute consultation, giving you the opportunity to ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and determine whether counseling is the right fit for you—no pressure, no obligation. When appropriate, assessments are conducted based on criteria met to better understand symptoms, patterns, strengths, and areas of concern. These assessments help guide the therapeutic process and ensure care is intentional and effective. Together, we will develop a personalized treatment plan that outlines clear, collaborative goals and measurable steps toward progress. Treatment plans are flexible and evolve as your needs change. To support growth beyond sessions, counseling may include resources such as worksheets, therapeutic exercises, coping strategies, and personalized recommendations that encourage reflection, skill-building, and continued progress between appointments. My therapeutic approaches are designed to help you increase self-awareness, improve emotional well-being, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful, lasting change at your own pace.
