Introduction

Hi There! My name is Sarah Foster. I offer virtual therapy in Georgia and Pennsylvania. I specialize in working with young adults, adults, couples, and families. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, PTSD, stress, self-esteem issues, identity exploration, pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum issues, communication issues, and life transitions. I provide supportive, evidence-based care grounded in empathy and validation. I understand that it can be very challenging navigating changes in your life. It can be difficult finding someone who you can trust and share your experiences with. My approach is relational and person-centered. I strive to create a warm, supportive space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. In our first few sessions, we’ll focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship and establishing clear, attainable goals tailored to your unique needs. I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT), and Strengths-Based Therapy. This integrative approach allows me to adapt our work to best support your healing and personal growth. I’m committed to helping each of my clients uncover their strengths, deepen their self-awareness, and move toward a more fulfilling and empowered life. I would love to begin supporting you on your journey! More About Me: I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and I provide therapy in both Pennsylvania and Georgia. I received my Bachelor of Science in 2017 from Penn State University. I completed my Master of Social work from The University of Pennsylvania in 2019. I currently reside in Georgia with my husband, daughter, and my tuxedo cat. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, reading, and spending time outdoors.
