Introduction

Life is full of challenges, and it is easy to slip into a cycle that can feel difficult or overwhelming. I believe everyone has a unique story to tell and tailor each individual's treatment to accomplish their goals. I work with college-age students, adults, and adults 55+ regarding life transitions, mental health management and improvement, anger management, premarital/marital assessments, trauma, grief, and dealing with stress and interpersonal relationships. I am certified in Anger Management, Prepare/Enrich premarital/marriage program, and can use EMDR for trauma work. I offer a compassionate, strengths-based perspective and provide a person-centered approach to help encourage and support others in need of guidance to help them overcome their obstacles. I truly enjoy being part of someone's next step in their journey. If you are feeling stuck, I would love to help support and encourage you in your next step in life. I believe there is hope in every circumstance. Let me help you find the necessary path to move forward!
