My goal is to provide a space where you feel comfortable exploring complex issues and emotions. I approach each person where they're at and work at a pace that’s right for you. Together, we'll work to develop insight so you can gain clarity, heal, and go on to thrive. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, especially Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, and mindfulness. Over the past 3 years, I’ve worked with the IMatter Program providing therapy to youth struggling with self esteem, peer and family conflict, and self-harm, and am especially passionate about supporting children and adolescents.
