Introduction

Through evidence-based therapeutic approaches, I hope to make a lasting impact in clients’ lives by helping them feel better, achieve their goals, and build confidence in skills for their future. I bring my genuine enthusiasm, humor, and compassion to every session - along with all I've learned in my doctoral education and career. There is much about Neurodivergence that is often overlooked by other providers and parenting books. My specialization in ADHD, High IQ youth, and twice-exceptionalism can provide the solutions you've been looking for. I bring expertise as a DBT-LBC Certified Clinician to provide the gold standard, life-saving therapy interventions for teens and pre-teens experiencing severe depression and anxiety, emotional volatility, and difficulty keeping themselves safe. Together, we can make a difference for your family with treatment that really works. For the ambitious young athletes among us, I offer Performance Sports Psychology services. I've combined my own experience as a D1 Student-Athlete with modern science on sports performance. Let's take your game to the next level. I am passionate about helping young people and their families feel understood and empowered to build a life they are proud of and excited to be living. Currently accepting virtual clients.
