I started my career as a Therapist in November of 2024 working with PHP and IOP adolescents and children diagnosed with OCD and Anxiety, During this time, I led an interdisciplinary team to collaborate and facilitate social services interventions with patient and their support system. In May of 2025, I pivoted and began working with adults as a service facilitator utilizing CCS services in the community. This allowed me to learn case management skills and the available resources in the Madison area to help clients reach their goals. I have recently started a position as a joint Therapist and Service Facilitator at Our Generations to move back into providing therapy for clients. I have experience utilizing individual and group counseling with children and adolescents presenting with various presenting concerns including OCD, depression, anxiety, trauma, comorbid diagnoses, etc. utilizing CBT, DBT, ERP, and Motivational Interviewing. When working with clients, I use a person-centered and cognitive-behavioral lens. I believe clients knows themselves best, and so, they know how to discover solutions for their struggles. My role, as a counselor, is to guide them to find those solutions by listening and challenging them. My belief is that our thoughts, behaviors, and feelings are connected, and each affects the others. As a counselor, I will support clients in making decisions to obtain their goals and overcome life’s challenges.
