Introduction

I work with a range of individuals, couples, and families seeking greater clarity and connection, supporting clients as they navigate communication challenges, life transitions, and the impact of addiction. My approach is holistic and integrative, grounded in a systemic, evidence-informed framework that incorporates mind–body awareness and honors the whole person, supporting thoughtful reflection, resilience, and healthier relationships. I believe that life’s challenges can be overcome once you develop a deeper understanding of these struggles. This is accomplished by looking at issues from a variety of different angles and reducing self-limiting biases and beliefs from impeding long-term and sustainable personal growth. Using a systemic lens, I weave themes of holistic wellness, spirituality, and creative expression in work with individuals and couples to help them further deepen their understanding of themselves and relationships with others. Currently practicing with a Limited Permit under clinical supervision, I am accepting clients based in New York State.
