My goal is to help you meet your goals and to preserve the dignity and self-worth of each client. Whether you are struggling with hyperactivity, depressive thoughts, social challenges, or anxiety, I am here to assist you. Coping strategies, thought challenging, and brainstorming are essential components of sessions. In addition, social skills development, time management, and emotional regulation are common client goals. In sessions, I use a person-centered approach, tailoring to each client and their personal needs. Some coping techniques I review in sessions include journaling, mindfulness, and sensory-related skills practices. I have worked with younger children, individuals with disabilities, and the geriatric population. I have counseled clients who have been diagnosed with Anxiety, OCD, ODD, Depression, and those on the Autism spectrum. Some challenges addressed in past sessions are conflict resolution, social skills, and crisis intervention. As a flexible, judgement-free therapist, I look forward to working with you and learning more about you to support your growth. Whether you are now returning to therapy or new to the therapeutic process, please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.
