Introduction

Others tend to rely on & admire you, yet your relationships feel stressful. Outwardly, you seem to have it together - internally, you're overwhelmed, over-thinking, or burned out. It may feel like your mind won't slow down. If that's you, I'm here to work together to identify the patterns wearing on you - whether that's anxiety, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or attachment wounds. I help high-achieving individuals feel calmer, more confident, and more secure in themselves and their relationships. I use a person-centered approach combined with dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and bring warmth, empathy, and honesty to sessions. My specialties & lived experience include anxiety, grief, self-esteem, religious trauma, people-pleasing, divorce, & emotional abuse. It's my privilege to support you in navigating life's ebbs & flows. In session, we'll build tools that help you feel better in your day-to-day life, and we'll explore how past experiences have impacted the person you are now. Whether you're trying therapy for the first time or returning to it, you're welcome to come as you are. Finding the right "fit" can be tricky, so I'm happy to chat with you before we fully dive in. I believe therapy should be accessible and therefore offer sliding scale rates. Please feel free to ask about this if cost is a barrier to care.
