Introduction

If you are ready to make changes in your life, there is help. I enjoy working with motivated clients toward healing and wholeness. I believe that therapy is very much a team effort, requiring input from client and clinician alike. I also believe that removing the "smoke and mirrors" from therapy is especially helpful and I work to make the process as transparent as possible. Therapy is an incredible, life-changing process and it requires participation. It is likely that you already possess your own answers. Let's find them together. I specialize in working with clients who identify as LGBTQ+ and have been actively working in this population over the past decade+. I also specialize in grief care and counseling, and have recently begun focused care in the healing of trauma which is informed by somatic (i.e., body-based) approaches. I utilize a humanistic approach to my work along with other integrative therapies. Therapy can be a transformative experience. I look to honor this journey in authentic and meaningful ways.
