As the owner of Flourish Wellness Center, she specializes in diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health concerns for adults aged 16 and over. With a patient-centered approach, Sarah emphasizes the importance of individualized care, recognizing that each person brings a unique experience to their mental health journey. She takes a compassionate, client-centered approach, integrating cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients build resilience and reconnect with their inner strengths. Savannah believes in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where healing and personal growth can flourish. She works with adults and children of all backgrounds and is committed to promoting mental wellness through empathy, authenticity, and collaboration. Savannah earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and criminal justice from East Tennessee State University and her master’s degree in clinical social work with a focus in forensics from The University of Tennessee-Knoxville. In her personal time, Savannah enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, hiking, and fishing.  Savannah does not currently accept insurance but is accepting self pay clients. **** Ali Kafka, LMSW Ali enjoys supporting adults (especially older adults!) in their journeys to address trauma, stuck patterns, insight and skill-building. I serve individuals and couples. All backgrounds, beliefs, and identities are welcome here, all struggles are welcome here. What we will always have in common in this space will be a dedication to honoring your experiences, your goals, and your ideas for what makes a meaningful and fulfilling life. It is my belief that most issues can be improved through building self-compassion, reducing shame, and learning new approaches so that we can have more choice in the paths we take. I pull influence from DBT, ACT, EFT, and other modalities that I have learned aspects of- however, your sessions will be tailored to your unique needs. I welcome you to this next step along your journey and strive to offer a place to come as you are without the burden of judgment. Being a human is hard, no matter what you have been through!
