Living in a broken world brings seasons of worry, transition, and relational hurt, but we aren't meant to carry those burdens alone. I believe the Gospel offers a hopeful path forward. In my sessions, I offer Christlike empathy, honoring how God designed us as biological, emotional, relational, and spiritual beings. Using a systems lens, we look at the whole picture of your life to help you grow, deepen connections, and anchor your identity in Christ. Bridging clinical training and pastoral care, I hold an MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from ECU, completed coursework at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, and am an ordained minister and Prepare/Enrich facilitator. I work with adult women and engaged or newlywed couples. My scope of practice includes, but is not limited to, helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, betrayal trauma, boundary setting, family of origin issues, dysfunctional families, premarital counseling, and newlywed counseling. Outside of my practice, I enjoy baking, reading, and being active in our church community alongside my husband and our two children. If you are looking for biblically based guidance and someone to walk alongside you, click “Send Message” to schedule a free consultation and see if we are a good fit. Please note, I operate strictly under religious exemptions to provide non-licensed, faith-based biblical counseling and spiritual guidance. I do not accept insurance and am currently available to see clients on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9AM and 10AM.
