Sarah strives to develop natural and genuine therapeutic relationships. She has a variety of experiences working with mental health among all age groups, particularly college students and young adults. She aims to respect the goals of her clients and work alongside them to come to a place of restoration and peace. Sarah graduated with a concentration in mental health. She has experience working at Binghamton University and other college campuses. She takes particular care to be kind and empathic to her clients, while also challenging them. She uses an integrative approach that incorporates person-centered and cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques.
