Introduction

I believe therapy works best when people feel genuinely seen, understood, and safe enough to be fully human. My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented while also offering practical tools for meaningful change. You do not have to walk this path alone! I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, OCD, overthinking, trauma, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and neurodivergence. I also enjoy working with gifted and high-functioning individuals who may feel deeply introspective, emotionally intense, or chronically stuck in their own minds. My style blends evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ERP, ACT, somatic interventions, and parts work with authentic human connection and curiosity. Therapy with me is not about judgment or perfection — it’s about building awareness, resilience, self-trust, and a more grounded relationship with yourself and your life. I provide telehealth services throughout Hawaii and strive to create a space that feels thoughtful, supportive, and deeply respectful of each person’s unique experience.
