I’m continually inspired by the resilience and willingness to heal that clients bring to therapy. I believe that everyone has a story that deserves to be heard, and my role is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered to explore yours. I have worked on a crisis stabilization unit, I have experience with individuals, children, families and couples, I have suicide training, and I have led critical incident stress debriefs for first responders. My clinical and personal experience includes working with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, psychosis, intellectual disabilities, and supporting first responders and mountain athletes. I believe that healing happens through a strong therapeutic relationship and the personal insights that arise within it. My approach is centered around treating the root cause of presenting issues, not just the symptoms. I tailor therapy to the unique needs of each client, drawing from psychodynamic, interpersonal process and trauma-informed care. If you're ready to begin this journey, I would be honored to hear your story.
