Hi! I’m Sarah—a strengths-based social worker who creates a safe, supportive space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. I’m especially passionate about working with new moms and couples as they transition into parenthood—a time that can bring both deep joy and unexpected challenges. I support clients as they navigate identity shifts, changing relationships, and the emotional ups and downs that come with this new chapter. I work with clients to build skills for emotional regulation, and stronger, more connected relationships, while also making sense of the patterns and experiences that shape how you show up day to day. I’m a Certified Trauma-Informed Educator trained in the ARC framework, and I bring a compassionate, trauma-informed lens to my work. I believe in meeting you where you are, honoring your experiences, and helping you reconnect with your strengths as you move toward meaningful, lasting change. I love partnering with clients to help them identify their goals and recognize their strengths, even during difficult moments. My hope is that our work together feels collaborative, empowering, and grounded in genuine connection—so you leave therapy feeling more confident, supported, and aligned with the life you want to build.
