Introduction

I help people with their relationships; how they relate to themselves, with others, and how to find meaning in the world around them. Many of my clients have experienced relational trauma as a child or adult. This has left them feeling often alone despite being surrounded by people, a desire to please and take care of others, a sense of over responsibility, or not being able to let people in. Many come to therapy with guilt at their inability to be the kind of partner, parent or child they always wanted to be, confusion about how they ended up here, or just have a sense that something isn't right. A session with me might include imagery, imagination, writing, EMDR, and talking. Clients report quick progress with my warm, curious, direct and deep approach, including greater self-compassion, deeper awareness about relational patterns and hidden parts of themselves and clarity on their next steps.
