Life can feel full and demanding—careers, relationships, family responsibilities, and personal expectations often collide in ways that leave little room to breathe. Many people I work with aren’t looking for a quick solution; they’re seeking thoughtful, meaningful change and a deeper sense of ease with themselves and their relationships. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, parenting and family stress, the effects of trauma, and the quiet exhaustion that can come from holding it all together for so long. I offer a compassionate, grounded, and affirming space where you can slow down, reflect, and be fully yourself. My approach integrates Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), self-compassion practices, DBT skills, and trauma-informed care. Together, we focus on helping you feel more regulated, more connected to your emotions, and more aligned. I see clients in person at a comfortable, private office in NW Denver (32nd and Zuni) on Mondays from 1–8 and Fridays from 9–3. I also offer HIPAA-compliant Telehealth sessions on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays for those who prefer the flexibility of online therapy.
