My work is integrative and trauma-informed, rooted in person-centered care and a holistic understanding of how emotional wellbeing is shaped by social, cultural, and systemic contexts. I approach therapy with cultural humility and am committed to providing affirming care to clients of all identities and backgrounds. I value each client’s innate capacity for growth and meaning-making. I prioritize meeting clients where they are and partnering together to develop a thoughtful treatment plan that reflects their individual needs and goals. My therapeutic approach draws from psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness skills, narrative therapy, and family systems therapy.
