I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, mood disruptions, and life transitions, including pregnancy and parenthood. My approach is warm, collaborative, and intentional, helping clients move beyond simply understanding their experiences toward creating meaningful and lasting change. I integrate evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) within a trauma-informed framework tailored to each individual’s needs.
