Introduction

I provide online therapy for women in Colorado and Washington who are struggling with relationship anxiety, overthinking, and long-standing attachment patterns that feel difficult to change, even when they are self-aware and have done personal growth work before. Many of the women I work with are high-functioning and capable, and from the outside it often looks like things are going well. But internally, there may be a very different experience, feeling uncertain in relationships, getting stuck in cycles of overthinking, or struggling to feel emotionally secure and grounded with a partner. These patterns can feel confusing, especially when you are used to being someone who “holds it together.” In our work together, we focus on understanding the deeper emotional and relational patterns that are driving these experiences. This includes exploring attachment dynamics, past relational experiences, and the ways you may have learned to cope through overfunctioning, emotional self-reliance, or pulling back when things feel vulnerable. The goal is to help you feel more secure in yourself and in your relationships, with greater clarity, emotional steadiness, and the ability to stay connected without losing yourself in the process.
