Introduction

We are all invited into an embodied experience of connection, belonging, and aliveness. I’m an Internal Family Systems therapist (Level 1 trained) who helps people heal trauma and shift unhelpful patterns in order to experience life more fully. You may be experiencing disconnection, internal conflict, stuckness, grief, trauma responses, anxiety, depression - all natural, valid ways of responding to an unwell world! You may be looking for support around relationship issues, or managing stress, uncertainty, grief, and fear related to the current political landscape. I take an anti-oppressive approach to therapy and believe in the sacredness of life in all forms. As humans we all move through the process of growing, blooming and returning to the earth. I deeply respect the grief processes that people are in at all times, for personal loss, and collective loss as we live in uncertain times. I will support you in hearing your inner wisdom, the healing presence within, which is called Self in IFS therapy. The goal of IFS therapy is to experience more inner harmony/balance through helping wounded parts of us heal and relating lovingly with ourselves. You can expect for me to be deeply present, nonjudgmental, and to hold space for you in sessions. As a queer person, I appreciate working with people in the LGBTQ+ community. I'm also sex-positive and support people navigating ethical nonmonogamy. If you are interested in working with me, please reach out to set up a free 20-minute consultation to explore whether we are a good fit. I would love to hear about what you are looking for, answer questions, and share more about the work I do. My session fee is $170 for 60 minutes, and accessibility is important to me so please ask me about sliding scale as needed and I'm happy to discuss that with you.
