I've loved working with children my whole life from babysitting to nannying to earning my degree in Human Development with an early childhood focus. That passion led me to pursue my Master's in Counseling with an emphasis in expressive therapies, and now I'm honored to support young children and families as a behavioral health therapist. I specialize in helping toddlers and children (ages under 6 through 12) navigate anxiety, depression, and trauma using play therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), and other evidence-based approaches. I work with individuals, families, and groups. I'm equally committed to empowering parents with practical tools for emotional regulation and connection. My goal is to create a safe space where healing and growth can happen together. I am not currently accepting new clients.
